• Message frequency will vary based on your appointments and account activity

Opt-Out Instructions

TO STOP RECEIVING SMS MESSAGES: Reply STOP to any message at any time. Upon receipt of your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. We honor all standard opt-out keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT.

No Third-Party Sharing

4. User Consent

You confirm that:

9. Limitation of Liability

Top Tutors for Us is not liable for:

• Academic outcomes or test score results
• Decisions made based on our assessments or services
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• SMS delivery failures, delays, or non-delivery caused by mobile carriers or third-party providers

10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party platforms (including SMS delivery providers, scheduling tools, and CRM systems) to deliver our services. We are not responsible for the independent operations, outages, or policies of these third-party providers.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated. You may also terminate your enrollment at any time by contacting us directly.
